Sometimes someone <strong>calls<\/strong>, sometimes they <strong>write on Messenger<\/strong>, and sometimes they send an email with a note saying <em>\u201cI just have one question\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>And that one question might be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>which payment gateway do you recommend for WooCommerce if the customer mostly pays by card?<\/li>\n<li>what is better to choose: Mailerlite, GetResponse, or something else?<\/li>\n<li>how to best integrate the store with an external invoicing system?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These are not questions about the website price. Nor about my availability. Nor even about what is included in the package. These are <strong>questions about specific solutions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Questions that require <strong>analysis, comparison, and context<\/strong> \u2014 and above all, <em>experience<\/em>. Sometimes also: <em>checking, reading up, and making sure<\/em> whether something works today the same way it worked six months ago.<\/p>\n<p>I know that for the person asking, it may seem like a small thing. I also know that most people mean no harm. They simply want to make sure and ask someone knowledgeable. And I truly appreciate that.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>But that\u2019s exactly why I would like to apologize.<\/p>\n<p>Because I am not always able to respond.<\/p>\n<p>Not because I don\u2019t want to. But because it\u2019s impossible to answer everyone \u2014 properly and immediately \u2014 endlessly.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2>How is a quick tip different from a consultation?<\/h2>\n<p>I share my knowledge. But if someone personally asks me something that requires thought, comparing options, looking into available tools, and considering their situation \u2014 that becomes a <strong>consultation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>And yes, those are <strong>paid WordPress consultations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Why are they paid?<\/h2>\n<p>Not because I want to charge for every minute of conversation. And they have value.
